Clear routes. No maze.
Product guidance, account access, review workflow, and a direct route to the Phoenix team when the docs are not enough.
Command center
What is Phoenix?+
Phoenix is a trading journal, analytics dashboard, bot-monitoring workspace, and market-intelligence terminal built around your own trade data.
How do I connect an account?+
Open Settings, choose API & Connections, then complete the MT5 or supported connection flow. Manual trades and CSV imports are available while you finish setup.
Why is a module unavailable?+
Phoenix features are tier-gated. Billing shows your effective tier and upgrade path; support can investigate an entitlement mismatch.
Review loop
How do I report a bug?+
Open Settings -> Report Issue. Include the page, steps to reproduce, expected result, and screenshots or supporting files. Reports go directly to the owner review queue.
What does KIZA do?+
KIZA explains patterns in your journal, summarizes performance, and provides coaching context. It is decision support, not a replacement for your risk plan.
Are bot results guaranteed?+
No. Bot activity, analytics, and AI insights do not guarantee future performance. Review your risk controls before acting on any output.
Access and account
How does the trial work?+
New users without an existing entitlement can receive the configured trial window. Billing status is checked when you sign in.
How do I reset my password?+
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If the email does not arrive, contact support from the account email address.
Where do purchase questions go?+
Contact support@phoenix-cmd.com for purchase records, account access, billing questions, and password resets.
