Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Phoenix Limited, operating Phoenix Command from St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda, handles personal information when you use our website, dashboard, Android app, community links, payments, and support channels.

Controller and scope

Phoenix Limited is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our business location is St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda. This policy applies to information processed through Phoenix Command, including account, dashboard, mobile-app, support, purchase, and community-link interactions.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and profile image where provided; entitlement, purchase, invoice, and digital-entitlement records; dashboard settings and trade-journal information you choose to add; support messages; device, app, browser, and diagnostic information; and limited security logs. We may receive authentication data from an optional sign-in provider and payment confirmation data from our payment provider.

Why we use it

We use personal information to authenticate accounts; provide, personalize, secure, and support the service; maintain entitlement, credit, purchase, and tax records; process payments; prevent fraud and abuse; respond to legal requests; protect our rights; and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use trade-journal content to make trading decisions for you.

AI, market data, and your choices

When you request AI coaching, market insight, or market-data features, the relevant prompt, selected account context, trade data, or market request may be sent to the provider needed to answer that request. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for the feature. AI output can be inaccurate and is not financial advice.

Payment processing

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for supported Phoenix checkouts and may independently collect and process payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, customer-support, and contact information under its own terms and privacy policy. Phoenix receives the order, customer reference, subscription, transaction, and entitlement information needed to provide the purchased Phoenix software, maintain records, support the account, and process webhooks. Phoenix does not receive or store full payment-card credentials and does not use payment information for unrelated purposes.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for authentication and database services, hosting, payment processing, optional sign-in, email delivery, AI features, market data, community links, analytics, and security. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services, comply with law, or protect their rights. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, investigate fraud or security incidents, or in a business transfer permitted by law.

Retention and safeguards

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or information about personal information we hold about you. You may also ask questions about our processing by contacting support@phoenix-cmd.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Transactional messages needed for purchases, security, account access, or service changes may still be sent. Marketing messages, where used, require the applicable consent and include an unsubscribe method.

International processing

Our providers may process or store information in Antigua and Barbuda, Canada, the United States, or other locations where they operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws. We take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the service, while recognizing that cross-border processing may be necessary to deliver it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our processing practices, providers, service, or legal obligations change. Material updates will be posted with an updated version and may require renewed acceptance. Contact support@phoenix-cmd.com for privacy questions or requests.
