Refund Policy
Please review every product, tier, account, quantity, renewal term, and price before checkout. This policy applies to Phoenix Journal & Analytics subscriptions and any separately identified Phoenix digital entitlement purchased through a supported Phoenix checkout.
Digital entitlements
A separately identified digital entitlement is delivered to the purchasing account and is not redeemable for cash or transferable. It is not refundable for accidental, duplicate, unwanted, unused, or changed-mind purchases through Phoenix, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or Paddle's applicable buyer process. Paddle may independently review and process refund or chargeback requests under its own terms.
Subscriptions
Subscription charges are final once the billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or Paddle's applicable buyer terms. You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if you do not want the next billing period. You may use Paddle's customer billing tools where available; cancelling stops future renewal but does not normally reverse the current paid period.
Promotions and giveaways
Promotional items, giveaways, discounts, access grants, and rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a refund or other consideration. We may correct obvious errors, reverse fraud, or withdraw improperly granted promotional items where permitted by law.
Payment errors and support
If you believe a payment was unauthorized, duplicated because of a technical error, or not delivered to the correct account, contact support@phoenix-cmd.com promptly with the Paddle transaction reference and use Paddle's customer-support or buyer process where applicable. We will investigate and correct verified Phoenix entitlement or delivery errors. Please give Phoenix and Paddle a reasonable opportunity to investigate before submitting a payment dispute.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda or any other mandatory consumer law that applies to you. Where applicable law requires a remedy, this policy will be interpreted to provide that remedy.
